Preparations

1. For thorough cleaning, sterilize the bottle, ring and teat for 3-5 minutes before use.
2. Boil the water and let it cool down to approx. 50 °C.
3. Fill half of the water into the bottle (see the meal table below for the amount). Measure the powder according to the table and put it in the bottle. To do this, fill the measuring spoon loosely and smooth it out with the back of the knife.
4. Shake the powder and half the amount of water vigorously. Add the remaining water and shake well again. Allow to cool down to drinking temperature (37 °C).
