Preparations
When preparing, pay close attention to the instructions for use. Improper preparation or storage over a longer period of time can lead to health problems, e.g. B. lead to the growth of unwanted germs. Therefore, prepare food fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat and ring. Do not heat food in the microwave (risk of scalding).
1)Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40° – 50°C*.
2) Pour the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle.
3) Measure the recommended amount of powder (see table). Fill measuring spoon loosely and wipe off. Add powder to the water.
4) Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times.
5)Cool to drinking temperature approx. 37°C.
Check temperature, e.g. with HiPP thermometer.
*In order not to damage the natural lactic acid cultures (lactobacilli), please do not prepare food with water that is too hot. Drinking amount and dosage: Drinking amount per bottle can vary from person to person. Recommended drinking amounts and number of bottles per day are guidelines. Your baby doesn’t necessarily have to drink the bottle empty. Please only use the included measuring spoon!
For one scoop of powder you need 30 ml of water. 150 ml boiled water + 5 scoops of powder = 170 ml ready-to-drink food. 180 ml boiled water + 6 scoops of powder = 200 ml ready-to-drink food. 210 ml boiled water + 7 scoops of powder = 235 ml ready-to-drink food. Babies need around 5 meals a day. With each new and fully introduced glass and porridge meal, one bottle meal should be eliminated.
